• Visa and ACB launch tools to support financial transparency and sustainable growth for small businesses, ensuring compliance with updated tax regulations while enhancing financial management, improving transparency, and driving sustainable growth.

Visa (NYSE: V), a global leader in digital payments, has joined forced with Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) to launch the market-first digital financial services bundle for household businesses in Vietnam. The initiative was introduced at a talk show, “Small Business Households & Compliance Transformation: Understand Correctly – Act Properly – Grow Sustainably”, and is designed to help businesses comply with updated tax regulations while improving financial management, transparency, and long-term growth.

With many households in Vietnam having to comply with updated tax reporting requirements especially those with high revenues or operating on e-commerce platforms Visa and ACB are providing tools to simplify financial management and improve transparency. The new solution helps business owners declare taxes based on actual revenue, separate personal and business expenses, and reduce manual processes.

At the event, Visa and ACB unveiled a suite of digital payment and financial management tools, including the ACB Visa Business Card. The solution helps business owners ensure compliance with revenue declaration requirements while accessing Visa’s extensive partner network to optimize costs and streamline operations.

“Small businesses are central to Vietnam’s economy and play a vital role in its digital future. As new tax regulations take effect, Visa is proud to support household businesses with secure, accessible digital payment solutions that enhance transparency and financial management. Through our partnership with ACB, we’re helping business owners comply confidently while accelerating their shift to digital. This is how Visa contributes to sustainable growth and shared prosperity in Vietnam’s evolving digital economy,” said Ms. Dung Dang, Country Manager of Visa Vietnam and Laos.

ACB echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the importance of empowering small businesses to adapt to regulatory changes while maintaining their entrepreneurial spirit. “For every business, from household businesses to companies of all sizes, ACB is your dedicated partner. We empower you to focus on your core business, while we handle the rest – from management and operations to technology,” said Mr. Nguyen Tam Khoa, Deputy Head of Consumer Division at ACB.

Visa’s journey with small businesses goes beyond regulatory compliance, laying the groundwork for future-ready growth in Vietnam’s digital economy. Through its global payment technology, Visa connects these businesses to a broad financial and commercial ecosystem, opening doors to long-term success.
